About the Job:
- The Head of Brand Development will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand in the Hong Kong market; and potentially China market.
- This comprehensive role is designed to leverage the candidate's strategic mindset and expertise to drive the brand's success in the competitive Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and execute brand positioning and growth strategies.
- Lead the Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to top management.
- Propose and implement the best business model for the Brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of managerial level experience in sales/marketing/branding of food or FMCG.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese & Cantonese.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales and marketing team.
