Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customized network solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers.
- Perform emergency call out duties as needed.
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in supporting complex network infrastructure projects.
- Expert knowledge in Cisco, H3C or Huawei networking products, Cisco security products or F5 load balancer products.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CCNP, H3CSE, HCNP, or F5 Certified Technology Specialist.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, with Putonghua being an advantage.
