Insurance Risk Manager

Trinity Search Limited is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement group insurance frameworks and strategies to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Drive excellence in group insurance programs and local insurance initiatives.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend insurance solutions to mitigate potential risks.
- Handle insurance claims from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Ensure the robustness of end-to-end insurance processes.
- Build risk management capabilities across the organization.
- Contribute to the company's compliance program.
- University graduate with at least 10 years of experience in insurance and risk management.
- Proven experience in property and casualty insurances, marine hull and protection & indemnity, construction related insurances, and group medical benefits scheme arrangements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interpret legal liability and technical claims.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
