Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive with a strong business mindset and result-driven approach to acquire new users globally. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global growth strategies for user and driver acquisition across full funnel channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in developing global growth strategies for user and driver acquisition at full funnel channels, covering paid and owned channels.
  • Provide direction and monitor global media channels with Local City Teams, including earned channels and paid channels.
  • Recommend, develop, and monitor SEO and ASO strategies to generate traffic, drive campaign performance, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Optimize, monitor, and analyze all acquisition efforts on various channels, working with Local City Teams and Data Analysis Teams to drive performance uplift and formulate local activations.
  • Explore new channels and ad-tech solutions to improve acquisition performance.
  • Drive performance A/B testing and develop experiment frameworks to improve channel efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including media planning, social media, digital performance campaigns, CRM, SEM, and SEO.
  • Understanding of digital marketing ad-tech, ad-tracking, and channel ecosystems.
  • Data and results-driven.
  • Proactive attitude and a team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
