  • Education: Recognized degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of managerial experience, with 10 years in complex stakeholder engagement, ideally within a public institution. Direct alumni affairs experience within an academic environment is ideal.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, project management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Event Expertise: Proven track record in organizing large-scale events and the ability to deliver agile and timely solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills; proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
