Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining Synpulse group transfer pricing compliance documentation including the Master File and Local Files.
  • Working with Finance to conduct periodic reviews on the group's intercompany transfer pricing.
  • Preparing/reviewing tax calculations (e.g., direct and indirect tax), tax returns for group entities, ensuring timely and accurate filing and submission to the tax office.
  • Supporting tax and statutory audit processes, coordinating with Finance for relevant documentation, preparing/reviewing submission documents, and tax disclosure notes to the accounts.
  • Coordinating with tax authorities and/or external advisors on tax topics.
  • Supporting in preparing documentation for tax ruling applications.
  • Guiding Finance colleagues on tax issues and topics.
