We are hiring a skilled AI Project Management Specialist to join our team at FastLaneRecruit in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful completion of diverse AI projects and make a significant impact in the field of AI.

About the Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AI projects on time, within budget, and meeting the specified requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

In this role, you will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation, and track project progress using project management tools. You will also coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the successful completion of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation, and track project progress using project management tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AI or technology industry, with a strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Good understanding of coding languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of cloud management, including platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud, or others.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
