Senior Payroll Specialist

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of payroll operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process salary payments, MPF contributions, benefits, and taxation-related activities.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records, leave records, and related data.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related matters, aligning with company policies and legislation.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll data to generate management reports, identifying areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement changes and optimize payroll processes.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in a relevant field, such as accounting or human resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing payroll operations for sizable organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
