The Job

  • We are seeking a Senior Accounts Clerk to join our accounting team of two members. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, managing accounting operations, bookkeeping, and preparing journal entries independently.
  • Additionally, the Senior Accounts Clerk will provide support for management reports and group reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices, statements, debit notes, reminders, and receipts.
  • Arrange cheque payments and collections.
  • Handle miscellaneous charges and small claims.

Requirements

  • LCC intermediate Accounting level or above.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience in any business.
  • An advantage if experience in Peachtree or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese-word processing.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.

Benefits

  • Five days work (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm).
  • Annual leave: 12 days.
  • No overtime work required.
