We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global IT Service team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Project Teams, and the Programme Management Office to analyze business needs and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Influence relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for business change design and implementation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis or a related experience.
  • Business Analysis work at a Tour Operator Industry (or Travel Industry) is a plus.
  • Working under the Scrum or Prince 2 Project management framework is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace / Office 365.
