Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for the Company's operating entity in the Mainland.
  • Provide strategic advice to management on finance and operational development, facilitating review of business performance and effectiveness of operations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, interim, and annual group financial reporting packages to the Hong Kong Head Office.
  • Budgeting, management reporting, and ad-hoc reports preparation.
  • Monitoring and improving financial controls in accordance with Group Policy.
  • Collaboration with external auditors to complete the interim and annual audit.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • HKICPA membership or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in listed/sizable organisations, with work experience in the Mainland being essential.
  • Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax laws, and relevant statutory rules and regulations.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua required.
  • Necessity to station in the Mainland.
