We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Marketing & Community Engagement Lead at Dream Impact / ESG Innovation Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement programs that grow our community of 100+ founders through marketing, social media management, communication, event planning, and partnership development.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, event planning, and community development, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns and events. You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about social entrepreneurship and community development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities include developing and implementing a marketing strategy, managing internal communications, planning and launching community events, managing members onboarding and user journey, resolving issues between members, planning strategically to create additional value within the community, and building a quarterly calendar of coworking events that engages all stakeholders.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary with performance bonus structure, 14 days of annual + 1 day birthday annual leave per full year of employment, MPF contribution as well as the medical benefits under the company's insurance program, 3 days of volunteer leave per year to give back to the community, 3 days of compassionate leave in case of family emergencies, and 36 hours (about 4 work days) of medical leave per year.
