Accounting Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Clerk to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, managing accounting operations, and providing support for management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparing journal entries, and accounts analysis;
- Provide support for management reports and group reporting;
- Prepare invoices, statements, issue debit notes, reminders, and receipts;
- Arrange cheque payments and collections;
- Handle the record of miscellaneous charges;
- Handle small claims if any.
Requirements:
- LCC Intermediate Accounting level or above;
- 5+ years of accounting experience in any business;
- An advantage if experience in Peachtree or other accounting software;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese-word processing;
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
