Job Responsibilities:

• Assistant Sommelier Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Sommelier is required to succeed in this role.
• Wine Recommendations and Service: Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of wine and be able to make informed recommendations to guests. You will also be responsible for managing wine service and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential for communicating effectively with our diverse clientele.
• Customer Relations and Problem-Solving Skills: Good customer relations and problem-solving skills are crucial in this role, as you will need to handle any issues that may arise during service.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for working effectively with colleagues and providing exceptional service to guests.
