We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at The Bank of East Asia. As a key member of our Risk Analytics & Governance team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Risk Functions: Work closely with various risk functions under the Enterprise Risk Management framework to prepare regular risk management reports for Management Committees and the Board of Directors.
- Conduct Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis on significant risk-related issues and prepare presentation decks for the Group Chief Risk Officer.
- Review Risk Management Policy: Regularly review the Group Risk Management Policy to ensure it remains aligned with the changing business environment and the latest supervisory policy manual/regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Risk-Related Projects: Participate in ad-hoc risk-related projects within the Risk Management Division.
- Education: University graduate, preferably with a major in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in the banking/finance sector, with hands-on experience in handling projects and preparing management reports related to risk management.
- Skills: Independent, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and with a good sense of responsibility. Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
