Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clearance Representative to join our team at FedEx. As a Clearance Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clearance and Brokerage Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage clearance and brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, providing recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • One year of general clerical experience and one year of customer contact experience.
