Pest Control Technical Lead

Position Overview:

The Technical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of pest management services. This position requires a proactive approach to client relations and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive pest control reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement pest control initiatives and track their progress.
  • Address client complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Review service materials, equipment, and techniques to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Provide training sessions, both on-site and in classrooms, for technicians, sales teams, and clients.
  • Lead and develop the team to boost performance, meet targets, and generate reports.
  • Compile Quality Assurance reports for managerial review.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-driven, capable of working under pressure with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsive.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to engage in outdoor work.
