Job Overview
JPC Texson Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our infant garment business in the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or merchandising with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
Responsibilities
- Buil and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and Europe.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote infant and kids' garments in the US and Europe.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve Team KPI.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Report to the General Manager.
