Business Executive Assistant

As a key member of the Ecrent team, the Business Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in driving corporate regional business development and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating business travel, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, including market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or operations role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with a strong command of Putonghua.
