We are a dynamic startup e-Commerce company, eager to expand our operations and enhance our efficiency. Based in Quary Bay, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Secretary to provide exceptional support to our executive team.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain the Boss's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and notes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, including taking calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business trips as needed.
  • Maintain and oversee office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in project coordination by providing administrative support, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
