Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-driven (Senior) Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing intermediary channels with a focus on local agents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop intermediary channels with a focus on local agents and brokers to expand business opportunities in commercial lines of general insurance products.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships to expand business opportunities in commercial lines of general insurance products.
  • Explore new business opportunities and conduct renewal assessments to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Support the team in achieving business KPIs and sales targets by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in sales/underwriting in the general insurance industry.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications such as IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or ANZIIF (Senior Associate).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales/underwriting in the general insurance industry.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a professional, courteous attitude with clients and brokers.
