About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment professional to join our team as a Director, Fixed Income. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of fixed income markets and a proven track record of success in asset management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fixed income business, including the execution of investment projects, research and analysis of fixed income markets, and decision-making regarding investment strategies. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and enterprises to support the development of our fixed income operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 8 years of experience in bonds, asset management, or related fields, with independent investment account management experience and a strong track record of investment performance. You will also need to be proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, and have strong team collaboration, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Candidates with FRM, CFA, CPA, or relevant professional qualifications are preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in bonds, asset management, or related fields
  • SFC 4/9. RO9 holder
  • Solid and extensive experience in bond trading and strong corporate analysis skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong team collaboration, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
