**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and remote development teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring smooth delivery of product features.
  • Guide product development through Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health insurance regulations and stay informed about industry standards.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the product's success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with 3+ years focused on insurtech or health insurance systems.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products, policy servicing, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
