About the RoleBowtie Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Insurance Product Development Intern to support our upcoming product launches and enhancements in the first half of 2025. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in developing life insurance products for both B2C and B2B markets and work closely with various teams to drive our mission of making insurance good again.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of life insurance products tailored for individual and group customers.
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify trends, updates, and promotional opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure effective delivery of product initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for written and visual content across various customer-facing channels related to new product launches and insurance education.
- Engage in writing product-related literature, including product documents, sales support kits, and illustrations.
- Create and monitor timelines for the fulfillment and progress of the product roadmap for new launches and enhancements.
- Support the maintenance of a proper record system for product documentation.
Full-time: 3-6 months
Part-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 months
About You- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of market research.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus; coding skills are advantageous.
