Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of production staff, engineers, and support personnel to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members to drive process improvements and cost savings.

  • Oversee quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation, analyzing production costs to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency gains.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and logistics teams to procure materials and supplies efficiently, optimizing inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure production continuity.

  • Ensure adherence to all local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental policies, preparing for and managing compliance audits to ensure operational practices meet legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related discipline (e.g., business administration, engineering, or supply chain management).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment manufacturing sector or in factory management, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and managing large teams.

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and improving efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies, as well as proficiency in production planning or manufacturing execution systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
