About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Fund Operations Director to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our family office.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage the operational efficiency of our family office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams, compliance team, and client service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support to client services, including setting up family network connections.
- 7+ years of experience in business operations within an asset management firm.
- Demonstrated track record of fund operations, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
This role is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
