About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Strategic Fund Operations Lead to join our team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality fund administration services to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the complexities of fund administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience and expertise to drive process improvements and efficiencies within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in fund administration, preferably in private equity or real estate fund administration.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
  • Fully qualified accountant (e.g., HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in any other Asian languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is considered an asset.
