About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Officer in our Cloud Operation Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in operating the Data Center to meet the ISO Quality and Security Standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of the Data Center to ensure high service levels are maintained.
  • Resolve network problems in the Data Center.
  • Operate and maintain building facilities within the Data Center.
  • Manage customer service provisioning and restoration.
  • Work a 7 x 24 shift pattern in the Data Center.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Data Center operations, or less experience with strong recommendations.
  • Related certifications, such as CDCP, CCNA, or ITIL, are an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
