  • Cloud Financial Operations: Strong functional awareness of Cloud Financial Operations concepts and best practices, Certified FinOps Practitioner preferred.
  • Cost Management: Good exposure to Reserved Instances, Committed Use Discounts (CUDs), Savings Plans, and other cost-saving strategies.
  • Capacity Utilization and Performance Analysis: Experience in analyzing and optimizing cloud resource utilization and performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Technology degree with a strong analytical background.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, interrogate, and interpret data sets to draw prudent conclusions.
  • Cloud Cost Management Tools: Good awareness of Apptio Cloudability or similar cost management/billing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to produce meaningful and accurate insights.
