Job Description

As a key member of our team at Classy Wheeler Limited, the Telecommunications Operations Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications services. This includes implementing and maintaining STIX, C+ ILC, E-Line, IPVPN Services, and other related network management systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of hands-on experience in telecommunications or IT, with a strong background in project management and customer service. They will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with transmission equipment, IP and routing, data communication equipment, network management systems, LAN/WAN technologies, and ISO27001 standard is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure and services.
  2. Conducting service reviews with outsourced vendors and reviewing SLA figures.
  3. Leading operations teams to implement network infrastructures and customer projects.
  4. Coordinating with Service Managers and HQ/TAC for workarounds, improvement plans, and incident reports.
