Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key distribution partners to support customer retention and business growth;
  • Adhere to underwriting guidelines to assess and analyze risks for both new and renewal business;
  • Determine technical pricing and establish coverage in line with the agreed pricing protocols;
  • Engage in business development and marketing initiatives with primary distribution partners;
  • Deliver product training sessions to distribution partners;
  • Address inquiries from distribution partners and direct clients;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance, finance, or accounting preferred;
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous);
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
