  • JPC Corporation, a subsidiary of a multinational trading company, seeks a SALES COORDINATOR to manage its Order Admin Team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as they will be responsible for processing orders from contract preparation through to shipment and receipt of supplier documentation.
  • The role involves coordinating the entire contract administration process, including preparing sales and purchase contracts, issuing Letters of Credit, distributing shipping instructions to suppliers, and monitoring shipments and documents from suppliers.
  • The selected individual will also be responsible for preparing shipping/banking documents in accordance with L/Cs and/or Sales Contracts and collaborating with banks, customers, and overseas offices to ensure proper document handling.
  • To excel in this position, the candidate should hold a tertiary education, have at least 3 years of experience in order administration for trading houses or equivalent, and possess fluency in spoken Mandarin.
  • Strong written and spoken Chinese and English skills are also necessary, as well as experience in shipping documents, particularly L/Cs.

Terms and Conditions:

  • A standard 5-day workweek applies.
  • A 13-month salary plus performance-based bonus is offered.
  • 14 annual leave days are granted.
