Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Operations Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present pest control reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to implement pest control projects and monitor progress, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Respond to client complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service materials, equipment, and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Deliver training sessions to technicians, sales teams, and other stakeholders on pest control best practices and service delivery.
  • Manage and develop the team to improve performance, meet targets, and drive business growth.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports for management review, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized, and quick to respond to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work outdoors, as required.
