In this position, you will take charge of overseeing and directing specific subcategories within the Marketing, Media, and Digital IT sectors.

  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, from Request for Proposal (RFP) through to Contract Negotiation and Implementation.
  • Establish a governance framework to ensure purchasing compliance.
  • Forge robust partnerships with stakeholders to be recognized as a dependable business ally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing priorities and strategic plans.
  • Enhance relationships with stakeholders to broaden the influence of the Purchasing department.
  • Identify key stakeholders for strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for category and supplier relationship management.
  • Assess and improve supplier performance metrics based on market dynamics for ongoing enhancement.
  • Address supplier risks encompassing financial, compliance, and legal dimensions.
  • Recognize and implement risk mitigation strategies for potential supplier challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in strategic sourcing or indirect purchasing, ideally within multinational corporations, luxury retail, or the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse indirect procurement categories and processes.
  • Strong grasp of procurement principles, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues independently while managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a data-driven approach.
