As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting all in-house quantitative and qualitative research projects for the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct and support in-house research projects, including proposal development, questionnaire design, data processing, data analysis, and report writing.
  2. Develop and refine customer segmentation models, conduct data analysis to understand customer behavior, and create insightful reports.
  3. Manage and retrieve data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  4. Deliver high-quality customer and product analysis reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
