Looking for a Finance Assistant to become part of our team at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. In this position, you will undertake essential financial responsibilities, including tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing leasing and tenancy administration.



Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Executing general financial tasks, encompassing accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Managing leasing matters and tenancy administration, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained
  • Keeping precise and current records of all financial transactions and lease agreements
  • Assisting with month-end closing processes and preparing necessary financial reports
  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Possession of a diploma or degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting sector is preferred
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, capable of working independently, and a strong team collaborator
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Finance Assistant role
