Job Description:

  • Assist the Senior Contract Manager/Contract Manager in contract management and commercial activities.
  • Manage pre and post contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain clear cost plans for projects, identifying areas of potential cost savings.
  • Attend Client's team meetings, providing commercial advice and guidance on project-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present commercial reports to Clients, highlighting key project metrics and trends.
  • Review and assess variation claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and records are properly maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience, with opportunity for growth and professional development.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
  • Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
