About the Role

  • Merchandising Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Product Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality products from suppliers that meet our quality and pricing expectations.
  • Order Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Merchandising Experience: Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in trims, packaging, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may impact business growth.
