Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in achieving set goals and objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of custodian business practices, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procedures, manuals, and control measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners to provide high-quality custody services.
- Participate in product development projects and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree holder in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or Banking related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the global custody and banking industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC, FATCA, and CRS matters.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and VBA Macro.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua being essential.
