Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the design research team to conduct in-depth user studies and uncover insights that inform our design strategy.
- Translate user insights into compelling, evidence-based design solutions that prioritize the user experience.
- Work with product managers to understand user needs, define design requirements, and translate them into innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Partner with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration and a cohesive user experience.
- Directly contribute to the design of intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Champion design best practices, design systems, and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and design methodologies, and share insights with the broader team.
- Assist in presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, helping to secure buy-in for key initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design, visual design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
