About the Internship

We're seeking a curious and empathetic individual to join our design research team as a Design Research Intern. As a trailblazer, detective, and bridge builder, you'll uncover the needs of our customers through market research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests.

What You'll Experience
  • Conduct research activities to gather insights on customer needs and preferences
  • Assist in the preparation and design thinking workshops to form design strategies
  • Communicate with various departments to understand their operations and business needs
  • Use data analytic tools to collect, analyze, and translate data findings into actionable design principles
  • Collaborate with design team members and stakeholders to create human-centred solutions
  • Bridge the gap between customer insights and bleeding-edge technologies such as AI models, virtual/augmented reality, etc.
  • Participate in design research & strategy training sessions
Your Profile

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the world, with empathy for others and a natural curiosity about it. You should have a strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Interested in pursuing a career in design strategy and/or research, regardless of your related education background and experiences. Able to work onsite at our Hong Kong office in part-time contract basis.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with user research methodologies and strong understanding of human-centred design principles
  • A portfolio showcasing your research skills and innovative thinking / A passion of technology and keen interest in emerging trends
  • Experience with data analysis tools and a willingness to learn new ones
