Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. This role is pivotal in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Innovate and create new products while refining existing formulations and assessing new raw materials.
  • Analyze market samples and perform competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source innovative raw materials.
  • Design and develop product prototypes in a laboratory setting, followed by sensory evaluations.
  • Conduct production trials and assess product quality.
  • Engage in scientific research to support product claims and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Guarantee that products adhere to legal, quality, and safety standards for targeted markets.
  • Provide technical assistance regarding production processes and equipment design.
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Possess a degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for contributing to an innovative tea beverage business utilizing advanced pressurized technology.
  • Preferably have experience in a laboratory-focused R&D environment.
  • Exhibit a scientific mindset with a strong desire to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of functional food ingredients and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is advantageous.
