About the Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Design Research Intern. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company through human-centred design and innovation.

What You Will Experience
  • Conduct market research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to uncover the needs of our customers.
  • Assist in the preparation and design thinking workshops to form design strategies.
  • Communicate with various departments to understand their operations and business needs.
  • Use data analytic tools to collect, analyze, and translate data findings into actionable design principles.
  • Collaborate with design team members and stakeholders to create human-centred solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between customer insights and bleeding-edge technologies such as AI models, virtual/augmented reality, etc.
  • Participate in design research and strategy training sessions.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the world, with empathy for others and a natural curiosity about it. You should have a strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Interested in pursuing a career in design strategy and/or research, regardless of your related education background and experiences. Able to work onsite at our Hong Kong office in part-time contract basis.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with user research methodologies and strong understanding of human-centred design principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing your research skills and innovative thinking/A passion for technology and keen interest in emerging trends.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and a willingness to learn new ones.
