Job Title: Internal Audit, Treasury

At PERSOLKELLY Hong Kong Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit, Treasury professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Audit Reviews: Effectively conduct audit reviews of the Bank's business and support functions, ensuring the effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads: Collaborate with department heads on complex audit issues, explaining the risk implications of significant findings and providing recommendations to protect the Bank's interests.
  • Offer Advisory Services: Offer advisory services that add value to the development of products and services, helping to mitigate significant risks for the Bank.
  • Develop and Implement Audit Methodologies: Assist in the development and implementation of effective audit methodologies and tools for the Section.
  • Foster a Strong Control Culture: Foster a strong control culture within the Bank, ensuring that key control measures are in place to minimize risk exposure.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with business units, support teams, external auditors, and regulators, presenting a professional image of the unit.
  • Provide Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members, promoting a high-performing professional audit team.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Possession of CPA, CIA, AHKIB, or other relevant professional qualifications.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of audit experience within financial institutions or public accounting firms.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in auditing treasury, asset management, and custody businesses.
  • Skills: Strong auditing skills in general banking practices.
  • Language Proficiency: Good understanding of banking operations and business acumen.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining high levels of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and competence.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
