We are looking for a building services supervisor with strong project management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising technicians to carry out daily maintenance work and preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily maintenance service, monitor work progress, and tender quotations.
  • Supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance work.
  • Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in a consultant firm or property management company.
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage.
