The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Team Lead to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Client Services professionals, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Partners and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering a service and product that meets their expectations.
  • Review and improve best practices in client services, staying up-to-date with market trends and adapting processes to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Manage office security and assign cards to staff and visitors, responding to security issues as required.
  • Oversee the weekly visitors list and assign temporary workstations and offices to visitors.
  • Monitor the office events calendar and coordinate daily meeting and event arrangements with the Customer Services and Facility teams.
  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, including communication with internal and external stakeholders, event concept development, pre-production preparation, event execution, budget management, and post-event management.
  • Provide on-site support and ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizeable company or international law firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
