Administrative Support Professional for Liberal Arts Programmes

We are now seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies. This role will provide administrative support to the operation of the Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Global Development and Sustainability (GDS) and other undergraduate interdisciplinary programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to programme-level committees, developing and implementing strategies for promotion and publicity for GDS and other interdisciplinary programmes, and organising and participating in outreaching activities for these programmes.
This role also involves managing the GDS website and social media communications, developing online and printed promotional and informational materials, coordinating GDS enrichment activities, internship and mentorship programmes, and developing alumni network and student activities for GDS and other interdisciplinary programmes.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to organise and support publicity and promotional activities and events of the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s), and work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector. You should possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. A good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is also essential.
A high level of competence in computer literacy, knowledge of design and website maintenance tools would be an advantage. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take initiative will be highly valued.
The rank and commencing salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity. We estimate the salary for this position to be around HK$60,000 - HK$80,000 per annum.
