Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational solutions, including technician training, day-to-day repair and maintenance, and delivering sound technical answers to customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Field Service Engineers in overseeing the Field Service team, including manpower planning, customer liaison, and technical analysis.
  • Provide technical and operational solutions to the Field Service Team for day-to-day tasks.
  • Repair and troubleshoot PCB, mechanical, and electrical components of PSD and APG systems.
  • Act as an instructor, provide training and guidance to team members, and prepare training materials and assessments.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in E&M Engineering or other discipline. High diploma with sound experience/knowledge will also be considered.
  • Holder of REW(A) or higher certification.
  • Familiar with a wide range of electrical repair and test equipment, including soldering irons, multi-meters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with experience in rolling stock or related industries being a definite advantage.
  • Written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to seize different product lines knowledge and transfer to service team members.
