**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain quality service by defining service standards, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle.
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and other business partners.
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Establish disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security and control structures.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • No less than 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in management level.
  • Proficiency in business application systems, network and server systems.
  • Experience in system development on different platforms, awareness of prevalent technology development and trends.
  • Solid knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Solid experience in customer-facing digital solutions such as E-commerce platforms, UI/UX, digital payment, chatbot, etc.
  • Good exposure to latest IT solutions, security solutions, IT management and standards, business information systems, database management, communication systems, and PC and Windows applications.
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
