Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooperate with technical support engineers/factories for quotations/tenders, proposals, and goods delivery
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers
  • Support the company in meeting HK & Macau business strategy
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions (customer satisfaction)
  • Coordinate with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed

Requirements:
Purpose of Job: Support the Sales Director to implement the long-term strategy; focus on key customer relationship management and project management
Business Needs: Implement the sales strategy and meet the set targets
Relationships: Work closely with Sales Director, Technical Support Engineers/Factories, Customers, Agents/Distributors
Scope of Job: Cover all aspects of sales engineering, including project management, customer relationship management, and sales reporting
Accountabilities: Achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
